Job Description :

 ISO 9001-2008 QMS Internal Auditor, Quality Assurance & Quality control :

Responsible for ensuring that quality of the works being delivered by the contractor is in compliance with ISO 9001-2008 standards / international & local standards / project quality plan / procedures and instructions.

Monitor & implementation of the Asset / Project / Function Quality Management System through regular audits and review, Preparation of Quality documents( PQM, QP, ITP, MS, NCR, SI &RA ) as per international & local standards, Internal & External Audits, Review & approval of technical submittals.

 Project Execution & Management :

Project Estimation, planning, Procurement, Project execution & progress monitoring for timely completion as per technical standard( international standard – NEC, IEC, NEMA, NFPA/ Saudi Royal commission /Saudi electricity company & National grid transmission engineering standards )

 ISO 9001-2008 QMS Internal Auditor, Quality Assurance & Quality Control :

• ISO Auditor - support the organization in meeting their quality standard goals by checking and maintaining compliance of the delivering products with ISO standards.
• Design the ISO audit schedule and allot responsibilities to the audit teams
• Determine the quality inspection parameters and specifications as quality basis

• Ensuring that the QMS is applied in line with the Project Design Criteria to the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Pre Commissioning/Commissioning phases of the Project.
• Daily Site surveillance to check the works on site are moving as per drawing, as per approved material, as per method statement and as per quality control procedure.
• Responsible for review and approval of technical submittals, inspection and approval of material storage area, approving inspection certificate of the material & completed site activities, punch list preparation & close out.
• Looking after contractors progress as per approved construction schedule
• Preparation, Review & Approval of QA/QC documents ( PQM, QP, ITP, MS, NCR, SI &RA, weekly/ monthly reports, defect report, monitoring log for site instruction/drawing approvals/ FAT & technical submittals/calibration certificate, contractor/sub contractor performance evaluation report )

 Project Execution & Management :

• Handling the complete cycle of the project management entailing requirement, estimation and final execution of project along with Man power planning, requirement of machinery etc.
• Independently generate enquiries, prepare estimations, provide value engineering solutions, negotiate with suppliers, meet consultant/client for technical and commercial negotiations, prepare detailed market analysis reports
• Handling erection & installation of various types of equipments like Power Transformers, GIS EHV/HV/LV switch gear/panels, Reactor, capacitor bank, Control/Protection/Metering panels,Power/control cable laying with cable ladder/tray/race ways , Fire alarm system, Nurse call system, Data and telephone system, Cctv/Public address/Door access system, Data/telecom/fire redundant/fiber optics cables with tray/race ways, as well as handling facilities for completion of projects in stipulated time/cost parameters for entire project duration.
• Handling , testing & pre commissioning assistance to commissioning team.
• Preparation of Erection/Testing/Handing over protocol, As Built drawing, Reconciliation statement of free issue items supplied by client & own supply items.
• Excellent team building skills with proven abilities in planning and managing man power resources.
