I am currently working at Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, based in Accra, Ghana as a Information Technology Manager. Overlooking hotel IT functionality and technical support for internal and external customers. Initiated various system implementation like audit on network infrastructure, system audit and advised hotel management to revamp to make sure that network infrastructure/system is risk free, implementation of guest ID card/passport scanning system and integrated with Opera PMS v9.

Prior to Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, I was with Armani Hotels, whereby I was looking over Armani Hotel Dubai and Armani Hotel Milan for IT functionality and technical support for the local IT team. Initiated various projects to improve guest services as well as hotel IT infrastructure like Cisco PBX project for Operator team, server virtualization, Symphony migration, WiFi revamp project, Core Switch implementation, guest internet gateway migration etc.

I was with Citymax Hotels, a part of Landmark Group as a Hospitality IT Manager. Managed hotels project and worked very closely with the MEP team and implemented hotel application/system for all 3 hotels. Working with pre-opening team of Citymax Hotels was of great experience and has exceeded my ability to perform well in hotel projects.

To gain more exposure with the latest technology, I moved to Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa, Dubai in April 2006. With my achievements, I was promoted as a Group Assistant IT Manager.

In 2002, I moved to Hyatt Regency Kathmandu to meet more challenging roles in international chain hotel. With my achievement, Hyatt Regional Office transferred to Grand Hyatt Mumbai in 2005

From 2000 to 2002 April I was working with Taj Group of Hotels Regional office Bangalore, India as Location IT Manager for Karnataka region to look after 5 hotels of the region. This transfer gave me tremendous exposure and knowledge to work in different geographical region.

I had completed my DCA in 1992 and joined Taj Kathmandu (Hotel De L’Annapurna) in 1996 as Systems Officer. My role was to cut-off manual system and implement hotel IT technology for all the departments. I lead the IT project for Taj Kathmandu whereby I got an opportunity to learn more about hospitality.

I believed that with a combination of my experience, education, and motivation to surpass, I would make a strong contribution to your company.
