I have worked in the capacity of a Principal of a primary school in India for 8 years. Presently, I am working as a Nursery Manager at an Early Learning Center which I joined from its inception in 2015. I will be completing my contract in 2019, hence feel ready for a newer challenge. I am CACHE 5 qualified and KHDA approved leader in the center. Over a period of two years because of excellent brand building that I have done through good services offered to the stakeholders, it has grown in strength from 35 to 110 presently. Prior to this I was working as a Section Head of Key Stage 1 at The Apple International School (a National Curriculum School), Dubai, inculcating a passion for learning, creating multi cultural awareness, communicating with students and parents with a caring attitude to build relationships and school branding. As per my expertise, I plan, organize & coordinate all types of curricular and co-curricular activities, providing constant guidance for perfect execution of tasks.

I hold a B.Ed degree and a two year Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Human Relations with nearly 10 years of experience in early years both as a teacher and in leadership roles. Recently I have completed CACHE 5 Diploma Course (A British Certification Programme for Early Years). I also possess experience in marketing and media relations with an ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

As you can see from my enclosed CV, that I have more than 14 years’ experience in the education sector, primarily as a teacher and in management roles. Together with my professional qualifications, proven track record and a desire to advance further, I feel I am more than ready for the challenges the position would offer. I am confident that my experience and skill sets would be an asset to the student’s learning and organizational development.
