Brief Description of Responsibilities:

Preparation of Work Packages for Site Supervisors, Management of Materials, Consumables, Manhours, Equipments, ensure Quality Procedures and SOPs implementation.

Resource Analysis, Project Productivities Monitoring, Expense Monitoring, Earned Value Management Analysis.

Site Progress Efficiency & Manhours analysis, S-Curve, Project Log Sheet preparation and Project Planning, Control and Reporting with Primavera P6.

Interact with Procurement, QA/QC and PMD to improve the proficiency of project`s progress.

Responsible for maintaining quality of the fabrication process as per approved PQR and SOP.

Ensure the completion timely completion of assigned tasks. Motivate and lead crew to achieve time and cost targets. Implementation of company`s HSE plan and ensure a safe work environment.

Participation in daily, weekly and monthly meetings with management to review work progress, materials, resources, efficiency analysis and plans.
