Lead, direct and motivate the sales team in order to achieve the overall
corporate sales objectives;
Revise and implement the sales strategies plans;
Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets;
Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with
existing and new customers; and
Supervise the sales Team

Direct and manage all operational aspects including distribution
operations;customer service, human resources, administration and sales;
Replacement of the Bank Director during the Director’s annual leave or absence;
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales
opportunities;
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans;
Meet goals and metrics;
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately;
Lead a staff of 21 bank branch personnel and bring out the best in them
by providing training, coaching, development and motivation;
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet
challenges and leverage growth opportunities;
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective
practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs;
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly;
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all
regulations/applicable laws; and
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and the
bank.

Responsible for the collection and analysis of the statistical date related
to agriculture of the Wilaya of Tebessa specifically the slaughtering of the
chattels of the Wilaya of Tebessa; and
Implementation of plans of prevention for the Farmers in Tebessa.
