Conduct general maintenance and repairs of motor vehicles
Check vehicle engine and mechanical or electrical components to identify issues
Carry out routine maintenance work to increase longevity
Plan future maintenance sessions and advice clients on good vehicle use
Preserve vehicle appearance through cleaning, washing and painting them
Conduct diagnosis through reviewing information pertaining to complaints on vehicle and equipment defects
Prepare vehicle inspection plan and carry out routine and safety inspections
Maintain logs on work orders, material requests and vehicle issues
Conduct other mechanical duties as required
