To Introduce myself, my name is Zoya Husain and I recently graduated from the University of Wollongong in Dubai among the top graduates, with a Masters degree in Quality Management with elective specialization in healthcare quality and project management. To add to my educational credibility I also hold a good understanding of ISO Quality management system holding an IRCA certificate of ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor as well as EFQM assessment knowledge considering my successful completion of EFQM Internal Assessor training. Furthermore, adding to my credibility is being one of the contributing authors of the book "Cases on Quality Initiatives for Organizational Longevity " chaptering the Dubai Quality Award winners and their learnings.
Considering my analytical abilities I have a good experience of quality and statistical tools and working on software like IBM SPSS considering some highly scored assignments that I have worked individually on during my academic years in the University. I have been one of the highest scorers of MQM with the only student to have scored a perfect 100 in service quality.Furthermore as a part of my academic excellence include my capstone quantitative research on readiness of Electronic Healthcare Record in India considering I scored a 98, a highest in the University for the Spring 2018 session.I have combined my academic knowledge with experience of real world by working for a brief period of time but extensively as QA Trainee for Al Hoty Stangers laboratories, UAE.
