As you will note from the enclosed CV, I am currently working as an Insurance Contact Center Advisor at ADNIC – Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company since 2013, following promotion, where I am responsible for handling range of insurance services, including motor, medical, household, personal accident and life regarding claims and underwriting, and managing and developing all underwriting and claim processes to achieve objectives.

Prior to this, I worked as a Call Center Agent at Vodafone where I dealt with inbound calls, assessing the customer’s needs and recommending and providing appropriate solutions using comprehensive product knowledge. Additional customer service experience includes working as a Call Center Agent for Daman Customer Service and a Customer Service/Sales Representative/Call Center at First Gulf Bank.

Throughout my experience to date I have gained a wealth of transferable skills, including exceptional time management, organizational, planning, listening and interpersonal skills, utilizing my communication abilities to foster beneficial relationships at all levels.
