I have been a part of the Quality Assurance Team for a manufacturing company for three years. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, my duties include people management, process audit to ensure compliance, monitoring CAPA/CAR, SCAR, and risk assessments, approval and validation of raw materials, finished products, and process compliance inspection reports and evaluations, and training employees of standards such as cGMP, HACCP, 5S, Chemicals Handling, Quality Management System, Military Sampling, ISO, and olfactory testing. Sensory testing for packaging materials was also in my responsibilities. I also did independent research works for process development, from paperwork to laboratory experiments. The details of which can be found in my CV. Back in college, I used to mix and sell my own perfumes as a source of my allowance. I also did part-time jobs assisting and tutoring while I was in my senior years at school. In total, my work experience counts up to six years. These experiences made me learn how to deal with different kinds of people and situations.
Resilience is my strength and so is my keen for details. I am a fast-learner and I am willing to be trained and learn so much to function well. My superiors also find me good in writing and communication but I am also passionate about research and development. I believe that optimism fuels goal achievements and lifts morale of others.
