Accounts and Cash Management
• Posting of petty cash in particular accounts
• Cheque transactions mapping and authorizing and releasing after the credit information from the bank
• Cheque receipt entries posted in Accounts should be reconciled on day to day basis and outstanding reports to be followed up regularly.
• Monitoring and reviewing the branch spending.
• Debtors – Reconciliation
• Communicate with debtors regularly to ensure timely Cheque/ Cash collection.
• Coordinating with external auditors.
• Cross check the daily closing balances of CASH , Stock of FC and Stock of TC
• Funding LC and FC to Banks and Head Office by maintaining adequate stock
