I also moved in temporary bases to Egypt to start a branch for an organization called DND, I launched the business and set all the company rules and regulations, also I recruited the team and trained them.

Ringdeem is a revolutionary mobile application that breaks down the barrier between advertisers and mobile users.
My responsibilities included; Research and market studying. Establishing the company license in Egypt. Interviewing and hiring sales, social media teams, and creative designers. Prepare and complete action plans. Manage relationships with key operations vendors and suppliers. Serve as a company representative in governmental meetings. Preparing client proposals. Forecast requirements. Work closely with CEO to set and/or implement policies, procedures and to follow through with implementation. Manage budget in collaboration with the CEO. Managing advertising campaigns and events.
Head of Production and Business Support
• Our department provides support to all divisions from operations to production and marketing teams, reporting directly to the managing director of Jeem TV.
• We serve as a primary point of contact for all divisions to solve problems, drive progress, and ensure the smooth running of our programing workflow.
• Define the planning, budgeting, facilities and staffing of all programs to be produced.
• Supervising internal production staff including freelancers, as well as production activities managed directly by international agencies and production houses.
• Managing the business affairs of the division, including its routine financial and legal processes.
• Analyze, identify and allocate the resources required for the production process.
• Managing the delivery of all commissioned programs on budget and on time.
• Monitoring the progress of production, identifying shortfalls or delays in delivery of the production process and taking prompt remedial actions.
• Maintain and build upon existing relationships with high profile production agencies within the industry worldwide.
• Negotiating production costs and evaluating new production projects costs.
• Support the development process of programs, ensuring that all Offers to Commissioning are supported by accurate budgets and production plans.
• We ensure that all contracts have been supervised by legal and protect the interests of Al Jazeera Media Network (later joined by beIN Channels).
• Work with Internal Operations and external suppliers to get maximum value for money and optimization of resources.
• Manage the use of ‘ScheduALL’ within the department as a resource planning and budgeting tool. This includes all studio bookings, operation crews, lighting, makeup, rehearsals and all technicalities involved.
• Ensure that proper rights and copyright documentation is provided by program teams for all internal programs, and to ensure all legal obligations are met
• Raise and authorize purchase order requests within delegated authority limits; and ensuring that cost commitments are captured as soon as it is practicable, and that any received material is registered in time to enable timely payment to suppliers.
• Monitor and report actual expenditure against budget, identifying actual or potential variances to budget, and working with the production team and production coordinators to resolve cost/schedule difficulties.
• Work with Executive Producers and the Production Manager to allocate the appropriate staff. Where necessary coordinates between production and operations for booking studio facilities, post-production as well as human resources, including coordinating with satellite room for news wires and feeds.
• Identify, update and communicate changes to the production costs forecast, enabling timely decisions to be made by the production teams and the Production Manager about future spending.
• Attend planning meetings to advise where necessary on new projects, development strategies and suggesting new ideas for programs that corresponds with our viewers.
• Evaluate and assess the performance of my team, and provide constructive feedback and evaluation reports.
