•Coordination with Quality Department for Factory ISO Certification.
•Coordination with Third Parties and Civil Defense for Factory Safety Certification.
•Coordinating with municipality, Environmental Hazards department for periodically and dump the total waste within the Factory
•Ensure that all supervisors and workers have received the necessary / required HSE induction training.
•Ensure that the entire workforces including the subcontractors are wearing all the safety gadgets at all the times during the execution.
•Ensure that all the HSE prevention, educational, and informative signage/instructions etc. are displayed at all the work fronts
•Identify Hazards, assessing the risk: Communicate the risk to the workforce
•Conduct tool box talk sessions at regular intervals and as and when required

•Prepares and forward the necessary checklist as applicable at the time of inspection
•Conduct tool box talk sessions at regular intervals and as and when required.
•Gathering and compiling of all the HSE data’s.
•Promote and improve the HSE consciousness amongst the entire personal, workforce at site.
•Identify new HSE requirements or steps to enhance the existing HSE plan.
•Interact with the project Contracts Manager, Chief HSE Contracts Manager, and Clients HSE Personnel.

•Ensure to provide safety induction course for the new employees in co-ordination with the HSE Department.
•Conduct safety tool box meeting for workers.
•Ensure the use of PPE’s by the all employees at work site.
•Conduct routine safety inspection.
•Develop awareness in the importance of the housekeeping advantages of excellent housekeeping in workplaces.
•Ensure all work permit conditions are fully complied and at different work locations.
