SERVICE TECHNICIAN:-
 Receiving units from walking- customer and answer their questions.
 Repair of Mobile phones and tablets with required standers and return them within the designated period.
 Trouble shooting faulty mobile phones.
 Repair faulty phone hardware and software.
 Updating units status in online portal(CODB) (fault code, action code, remarks, spare part used for the repair.
 Refurbishing of the DOA and GRV units.
 Printing new IMEI Stickers for Mobile phones, Gift box and Spare parts using Bar Tender Software.

SERVICE COORDINATOR:-
 Receiving units for repair from walk in customers and from different shops. answer customers questions
 Creating job card and closing job in online portal(CODB).
 Returning units after repair to shops by company driver and courier.
 Transferring and receiving material from warehouse and china (spare parts, doa units, refurbish units).
 Maintaining data in excel and hard copies (available stock, material transfer).
 Coordinating with other GCC country Service centers regarding service issues, spare part availability, doa and grv approvals
 Approving DOA and GRV

QC ENGINEER:-
 Perform field test for upcoming mobile phones( test signal strength, voice clarity, data speed and GPS on the different locations)
 Preparing documents for TRA certification (Declaration of conformity, Declaration of IMEI, Technical Datasheet)
 Complete the online application for TRA certification and submit sample units to the TRA office
 Getting Certificate of origin (COO) from Dubai chamber for sending units to other countries.

PROMOTER:-
 Offer advice on the available products to the customers.
 Demonstrate appropriate products to meet their needs.
 Communicate to costumers the information on special offers/sales promotion
 Comply with all company policies and procedures.
 Have a passion for providing quality customer service and good skill.
