Working in Agritech Ltd as Shift Incharge, where I am involved in the following activities
• Manage staff in fulfilling the required frequency of analysis.
• Prepared all kind of reagents related to above analysis (utility, ammonia and urea).
• Prepared also some standard solutions.
• Improve laboratory inventory management system to reduce wastage of chemicals.Smooth functioning and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Oil analysis.
• Utilities (Water Analysis Complete, Boilers)
• Raw Material ( Complete fertilizer related)
• Gas Analysis
• Unknown analysis including Scale/sludge of vessels to determine compositions.
• Urea Solutions
• Product Urea
• Gas analysis on Orsat Apparatus
• Special analysis including raw material
• Environmental Analysis regarding to ISO-14001
• Improve morale of co-workers by rewarding good work performance, leading by example and good humor to diffuse stressful situations.

Utility Plant
• Analysis of Demin Water treatment Plant
• Analysis of Boiler Feed Water + Boiler Blow down Water
• Analysis of Polisher Unit
• Analysis of re circualating cooling water.
• Analysis from inert Gas Generator.

Ammonia Plant
• Analysis of aMDEA solution.
• Analysis of Steam generation circuit including blow down of steam drum and Dearator.
• Analysis of H2S in Natural Gas after desulphurjzer.
• Analysis of composition of N.Gas and Process Gas.

Urea Plant
• Analysis of Urea Product
• Analysis of Urea solution stream
• Analysis of CO2 Product purity
• Analysis of Main effluents

Experience of following Instruments.

• Gas Chromatograph.
• Spectro Photometer.
• Karl Fischer Moisture Meter.
• PH Meter.
• Conductivity Meter.
• Dew Point Meter.
• Oven, Furnace.
