I am a Certified Bank Trainer (IIBF) and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (IIBF).

I have been in UAE since 2017 May and currently the Unit Head for Academic Division with my company and lead trainer for Bank Operations, Sales and Customer Services for Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic Banks(clients). I manage a team of trainers and content developers, engage with clients and coordinate with them in developing training programs, organise meetings and departmental visits to understand the GAP and collect various training content, review the training content prepared by trainers, monitor as well as design training content and manage the trainer calendar and deliveries.

I am a seasoned banker experienced in various banking segments such as Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Compliance and Audit, AML, Business Development, Trade Finance, Business Banking, Credit Operations and Learning and Development with a very strong background on various banking software such as Finacle, Flexcube, Finnone, CRM, BPM, ICCS, Finware, T24, etc.

I have been certified by Emirates NBD as a trainer for compliance (CDD), Fraud Prevention and Investigation apart from other Retail Training Programs conducted for various roles like PBA, Branch Operations Managers, Tellers and Head Tellers, Service Ambassadors, Relationship Managers, etc.
