1. Amaravati Development Corporation: (Andhra Pradesh Capital city)
Working as Seiner Infrastructure Engineer State Capital project Since May-2017
Develop the conceptual & Infra master planning and execution of 217 sq.km Capital city with 3.5 million populations. 325 (x6 lane) KM road network with 970 KM utility piping network (District Cooling, HVAC, Gas, Water, waste water). All Utilities are connected to Control Command Center (C4) through Fiber Optics and SCADA

Projects Handling: Total Project Value – Rs. 1500 Crore (US $ 200 mn)

1. HVAC - District Cooling System (DCS) - Conceptual planning, financial viability for BOT model- 18,000 TR with 25 % TES tank for Capital Complex, appointed as Technical Committee member for RFP and Tendering process.
2. MEP work of Capital complex of 5 million square foot (HVAC, Plumbing, Sewer, Electrical and , Piping, AHU’s, FAHU, FCU’s installation and commissioning)
3. Implement District cooling system for Legislative Assembly, High Court, HoD & Secretariat Towers and Other Buildings under PPP mode and APCRDA.
4. RFP preparation for undertaking the Development of District Cooling Project in Amaravati Government Complex area for the mandated buildings.
5. District Cooling project with SCADA integration, monitored and controlled from centralized command center (C4). C4 designed and envisaged to collect digital data from entire city infrastructure and utilities plant.
6. Water - 383 MLD water treatment plant with 350 Km piping network
Raw water pumping station, Water treatment plant, Water distribution center(WDC) and water supply network for 3.5 million populations with pressurized system. Entire network conceptualizes with OFC connected SCADA integration and control command center(C3).
7. Technical intervention, Design & Drawing review of all main Contractor submission

2. GIFT District Cooling Ltd, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Working as an Assistant Vice President and HOD in Engineering (Mechanical) Department, from May-2012 to May-2017.
GIFT City: - India’s First SMART City, Buildup area- 62 million sqft, spread in 900 acre.

District Cooling System (DCS) Completion period -24month
a) Conceptual planning - 180,000 TR, (150,000 Chiller + 30,000 Thermal Energy Storage TES)
b) 10,000 TR chillers with 10,000 TRH TES tank has been successfully commissioned & Operational. Preventive Maintenance, Predictive maintenance
Utility Tunnel.
a) Conceptual planning – 16 kilometer underground tunnel connecting utility service from plant to building.
Utility services – 1) Power, 2) Raw water, 3) Treated water 3) AWCS, 4)City level fire water supply, 5) DCS, 6) Blow down water, 7) STP treated water, 8) ICT cables.
b) 2.2 kilometer tunnel successfully completed with all utility services.
SCADA :
All above mentioned project with SCADA integration, monitored and controlled from centralized command centre (C4). All city utilities monitored and controls are successfully connected with C4 through Fiber optics and SCADA
