Hi! My name is Jean DSouza. I'm a 24 year old graphic designer, illustrator and animator hoping to leave a mark on the world. 

With a Bachelors degree in Visual Communication at St Joseph's College, Bangalore, India, I started my career in graphic design as a freelancer. I worked on many diverse projects for a variety of clients and agencies. In addition to freelance, I was a designer at a fine art curation company, Artisera, where I handled the designs for their social media as well as UI/Ux design for their website. 

I decided to branch out into animation, and started studying Classical Animation at Vancouver Film School where learned how to animate traditionally, as well as digitally (with a build). 

Animation is first and foremost a medium to express my emotions, so my personal projects often include themes of mental health. Professionally, I would like to learn from whoever is willing to teach me! I would love to combine my skills of drawing traditionally with a digital medium.
