Product Quality Manager
Overall in-charge of kitchen and stockroom area. Oversees the preparation and back up of all raw materials and packaging needed for daily operation. Ensures that the store has complete and enough quantity of stocks. Implements and secures consistency of food safety standards; assigns and trains kitchen crew trainers and validates consistency of crew training system. Minimizes food costs by providing production guide and preparing explanation for food and packaging cost during profit and loss report.

Service Quality Manager
Overall in-charge of the service and counter areas. Provides service and counter crew trainers and validates consistency of crew training system. Handles all costumer-related complaints and concerns. Acts as primary fund custodian of outlet ensuring all funds are intact and properly liquidated and replenished.

Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsible for system-wide promotional sales initiative ensuring that all marketing materials are in place and updated. Searches for ways to increase and beat target sales. Acts as the store outlet’s primary contact person for bulk/big orders reservation.
