My name is Nelisa Monakali, a thirty-three year old South African male.

I have been working for the same company since arriving in Saudi Arabia five years ago, therefore loyalty and commitment are one of my strong points.

I started off as a classroom teacher, but soon after became appointed a Lead teacher and ultimately, a Curriculum and Assessment Coordinator at the same company. This shows I am hardworking, ambitious, but also very talented in many areas.

I am a great asset to the prospective company, as I have over eight years of experience, working with young to adult students; and with levels from lower- to higher-level learners.

In all the projects I have worked for, using technologies and other innovative ways to cater to learner needs, the focus is always on engaging the learner fully, so as to engage them wholly in all aspects of his English learning.

I have taught beginner English; IELTS; at our institute we also teach the ARAMCO Performance-based English Curriculum (for which I was the Program Coordinator and Assessment supervisor). We have also had several tailored English courses for companies such as the National IT Academy, SADARA, SEC, Al-Hajri, and many others.

I am a positive individual and work well in both leadership and team work capacities. I am a proactive individual who is always willing to learn; and works hard to meet the needs and requirements of the client(s) or learner(s).
