Patient Unified Medical File (PUMF) is the application designed for the physicians for handling the
patient files. Patient Registration, Prescribing the medication for patients which will be connected
with DHPO Dubai to cover patient Insurance and generates an Id which will be given to patient to
collect Medications from pharmacy.
• Activity Template, Prescription Template, Patient Registration are the important modules of the
application.
• Technologies used were HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and MySQL and Entity Framework.
• Analysed existing code to determine functionality.
• Created test documents, worked with QA team in unit testing the application for defects to reduce
complexity.
• Coordinated with project team to develop ad-hoc prototypes.
