I have worked in Dubai for 4 years and I finished 2 hotel projects and I am working in 2 residential towers and I have completed all engineering work of it.
I have successfully designed developed, full mechanical design (duct sizing, Chiller design, pipe sizing, Firefighting, drainage, storm drainage system and water supply) systems for 12 floors hotel as senior project in my university.
I have worked for 1 year in designing field consist of (Plumping and HVAC) even more sometimes I was working as site engineer in “A&S” company in Lebanon.
I have worked more than 2 year in Africa in SEGUIBAT Company (in Guinea Equatorial) in domain of Plumping, infrastructure and HVAC as site engineer. Our work was mainly was in building several presidential Palaces projects. (One of them is the greatest palace in Africa).
With a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer, I have a full understanding of the Mechanical Engineer duties in different branches
(HVAC, Plumping, infrastructure, Firefighting, Maintenance and site working). I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed.
I personally believe that I own an appropriate abilities and experience in which I can undertake the valuable and effective skills in which a Mechanical Engineer must enclose. My determination and experience will help me through this career as I thrive in challenging situations. Experience
Project HVAC & Plumbing Engineer
- Implement the mechanical design concept in the preliminary and final design stage of the project in accordance with international codes of practices (ASHRAE, SMACNA, UPC, ASPE and NFPA).
- Supervise installation, start-up and Pre-Operational testing of (HVAC, Ducting, Chilled water cooling system, firefighting system, water supply, irrigation, swimming pools, drainage and dewatering infrastructure systems).
- Prepare BOQ’s and Submittals.
-Site Representative and Responsible for preparation mechanical shop drawings on CAD (field of construction).
- Check design calculations done by other designers and engineers.
-Ensure work carried out in a safe manner and all safety regulations are strictly complied with.
-Coordinate with Purchaser on material requirements and delivery schedule.
-Coordinate with the Project Manager with the preparation of handover documents on completion of tasks.
-Solve complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors and tradeoffs.
-Preparing monthly payments, variation order and in general all paper works.
Design HVAC & Plumbing Engineer
- Design of HVAC and plumbing systems for Villas and residential buildings.
- Coordinate with architecture for the requirement of mechanical system to match with project design.
- Coordinate with subcontractor, follow progress and confirm quality to be as per project specification.
- Prepare shop-drawings and material submittal for the mechanical system.
- Supervise the installation, commissioning and testing of HVAC equipment, Ducting, Chilled water cooling system, water supply, irrigation, swimming pools, drainage and dewatering infrastructure systems.
Design HVAC Engineer (1 year)
- Prepare design drawings and calculation for HVAC & plumbing system.
- Prepare shop-drawings for mechanical systems with coordination with Elec, and Arch, engineers.
- Coordinate with Purchaser on material requirements and delivery schedule.
- Supervise the installation, commissioning and testing of HVAC equipment, Ducting, Chilled water cooling system, water supply, irrigation, swimming pools, drainage and dewatering infrastructure systems.
