• Following up the fees agreements and contracts with the clients.
• Following up collection of such fees and the payments and its due dates.
• Following up the payment of case fees and the collection of the same from the client.
• Following up receipt of the cheques against compensation cases and fees received from
the court and the repayment of the same to the client.
• Following up with banks and executing the bank settlements.
• Clarifying the actual financial situation

 Perform financial analysis and reporting to management.
 Perform month –end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
 Deal with Banks personnel by official emails /thru phone and meeting with the Bank Managers/RM etc. when needed.
 Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations / Cash flows.
 Preparation of monthly stock reconciliation and stock age wise reports.
 Comprehensive and accurately working for accounts using accounting system (AL Ameen)
 Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
 Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
 Over all Supervision to all accountant each and every branch.

• Handling all accounts up to finalization independently

• Monitoring Daily Good Transfer of stocks and cargo tracking.
• Preparing monthly financial statements and related analytical reports
• Preparation and reconciliation of all monthly financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Analyze & control costs through activity based costing at corporate level and achieve profitability
• Preparing a payment schedule according to cash flow statement
• Ensure effective internal control of Inventory
• Handling the accounts data entry by using (Oracle)accountingsystem.
• Responsible for all accounts of 3 branches.
