Kenson is working as a Counselor in Kerala State AIDS Control Society (State Gov Project) and was a former State Programme Officer at Centre for Information and Guidance India.

He completed his Masters in Social Work(MSW) specialized in Family and Child Welfare and a Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com) Specialiased in Finance &Taxation. Communication and problem solving skills has been Kenson's key part since academic life. Kenson has acquired experience in working with different agencies during the period of internships.
