Current Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Deliver the quality steel structure, Architectural and construction works and to deal with consultants/ clients for approval of site works.

2. Review Method Statements and ITPs.

3. To hold meetings with consultants/ clients and project approved suppliers for material approvals complying the project specifications to proceed, complete and handover the project with best quality works as per the company quality standards.

4. Planning and supervising subcontractor inspection activities as per approved Shop Drawings/ IFC Drawings and review of sub-contractor’s QC performance.

5. Preparing MSS (Methods Statement), MS (Material Submittal) and MIR (Material Inspection Request) according to project/ client requirements and following – up.

6. Monitoring the implementation. Preparing (two weeks look ahead program) for subcontractors.

7. Preparing outstanding finishing works report. Having a good awareness of project specifications. Using these skills to provide monitoring to the construction contractors and ensuring assigned jobsite operations are incompliance with design / specification.

8. Keeping record of all the approved and rejected works/ NCRs from consultant and try to look forward and make plans to make rejected works/ NCRs into approved works by consultant from September 2017 – Till Now.
