I'm a Graduate Civil engineer having 7 years (5+2years GCC of experience) in construction industry in Residential, Commercial, Infrastructures & Villas projects. Currently looking for job in construction industry, I have worked as Senior Project Engineer QA QC, Site engineer, Site inspector, BBS Engineer, Junior QA QC Engineer, Engineer QC, Trainee engineer. My job responsibilities includes execution of all civil structural and finishing works as per GFC approved drawings, finding out Quantities of all the works as per GFC shop drawings and billing for the same. checking and inspection of all the works before and after concrete to avoid any defects and rectify it before any NCR is raised, raising consultant inspection request(CIR) for each activity of works at site, clarification of GFC Structural & Architectural drawings if any discripancy or mis match, using AutoCAD for any clarifications, finding out quantities of concrete, shuttering and reinforcement works, used SAP S4 HANA application for material requisition, DO, MRN & reconciliation of all the materials used. Prior checking of all the structural works before concrete, Approval of villa plot as per setting out plan(SOP) by DM Dubai municipality or DCCA engineers. Coordination with consultant’s inspectors and engineers for approvals. Raising internal site instruction, and NCR to avoid the defects. Checking of each batch of concrete received from RMC plant or from site with respect to Design Mix from external laboratory and approved by Consultants/client and allowed only after clearance from respective consultants inspector/engineer. ISO Documentation for internal and external authority audits, Carrying out surveillance activities on Contractor’s construction activities to ensure compliance with approved methods/materials.
Conducting internal training where appropriate.
Issuing regular guidance and information to quality department and engineering staff to ensure key issues are effectively managed.
Assisting senior construction staff to monitor and close non-conformances.
Reporting on Quality performance at construction meetings.
Reviewing of all Contractors quality and testing, submissions for contract compliance.
