I would like to take this opportunity to give my introduction, please note that, I am working in FM industry of UAE from last 16 years, I had begun my career from Berkeley Services in 2003 and formed a new company with the same management as a Manager ( AL Fajer SM Services from 2006 Till 2015 ) now I am heading Soft Services Department with Infracare ( it is part of Chicago and GEMS Group operated under Verky group ) in fact I had handled major transitions within the organizations where everything has to be built up from scratch.

My core area of expertise is Soft FM, meanwhile having an overall managerial skills and experience I can take along any other scope and execute successfully.

There are many milestones which I have achieved; I would like to mention few of them, such as mobilization of IBN Battuta Mall and Gardens, discovery garden together, and maintained from 2011 Till 2015.

Mobilization of Dragon mall with as short notice as 6 hours, in result mall was fully operational in next day.

Mobilization of 16 Schools of GEMS in UAE and Qatar with the notice of one day, those have been rated by KHDA to Good or very good.
