Job Responsibilities:
 Manage Mall IT infrastructure and operations.
 Responsible for the day today IT requirements of company like user management, Maintaining and managing servers, networks, security systems, CCTV and telephony system.
 Fulfill IT service requests according to Client requirements.
 Performing routine audits of IT assets and applications.
 Monitor and perform daily backups of production servers.
 Email configuration on mobile device using Blackberry UEM client.
 Deploying windows updates and latest patches using Manage engine Desktop central.
 Provide Advise and service for waterfront market tenant’s requirements.
 Monitoring and updating the assigned calls for closing within the SLA.
 Create and enroll Mall Staffs Access cards in access control systems.
 Coordinate with consultants and contractors for Mall IT project completion process.
 Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products & services.
 Manage and advice Mall security control room Activities.
