Analyze the Drawings, maps, and all topographical data of the
project to be executed.

specifications and safety.
Site measurements, Assessment and preparation of
weekly sub-contractor bills, for payment.
Quantity take off for the preparation of BOQ and procurement of the
material.
Preparation of weekly progress reports.
Reconciliation of materials used at site.
Maintaining allocation of labours, materials, plants
and machineries.
Reviewing and guiding the work progress of the sub contractors at all
time.
Monitoring materials usage to ensure shortages are identified and
addressed at the earliest.
Assist in the preparation of variation order request.
Valuation of works done at each stages and
preparation of Payment application/bills to Client.
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule.
Preparation of rate analysis for various orders
Preparation of tender and contract documents.
