Department Head – Hygiene & Quality Assurance Department
• Act as the Departmental Head to Business Continuity Planning programme of the company and meet objectives set therein and participate in sub-committee meetings.
• Manage company’s Risk Management framework related activities within the division and implement/ identify Risk Treatment action plans.
• Conducting HACCP, ISO 22000:2005, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001 and HALAL training programs for management and the graded staff relating to quality programs and objectives.

• Oversee appropriate testing and inspection program for quality of raw ingredients, work in progress and finished products.
• Liaises with suppliers to assist them in supplying goods to company specifications and conducting Quality implement meetings with vendors on regular basis.
