I am a strong believer of this quote as I come with a proactive and fresh attitude in my work environment with the hunger to acquire knowledge and develop new skills with every job that I get into. Not too far long I had completed my bachelor’s degree in engineering majoring in Electrical and Electronics. I then got hands on experience at a German firm in Technical Sales/Procurement department where I acquired skills like procuring from the most suitable suppliers at the right cost, customer satisfaction, supplier screening, technical knowledge about the products, presentation skills, problem solving and closing deals on time. I had a desire since my internship time during my under graduation to learn and grow in the field of supply chain which made me jump out of my comfort zone and leave my home and come to Singapore where I completed my Master’s degree from NTU in Supply chain & logistics. I learnt a lot about how end to end supply chain works, warehousing, inventory levels, logistics & transportation. Some of projects involved me working on Global Manufacturing strategies, Lean planning etc. I am currently working as a Supply chain Planner in Infineon Technologies focusing on Rules based planning, working with different stakeholders to ensure supply meets the demand on time, Supply forecasting, Inventory management, Production program management, gap analysis, capacity alignment and handling customer escalations. I have acquired many skills during my stay at Infineon like working with SAP, excelling at data analysis and reporting. I’m a quick learner and aspire to grow in this field. My attitude, skills and knowledge that I have acquired during my studies and my work experience would make me a suitable candidate to prove my worth at your esteemed company.
