As the owner and manager of my established air-conditioning company, I work independently, this is a strength of mine. I was holding my team from the implementation of the project up to the final turnover to the client. During that period I was able to conduct survey, make estimate, and make the best deal to close the project.
My previous role as Project Engineer at E-Dragon Power Builders, was to inspect MEPF section in my handled high rise building, Garden Villas – Edades Tower, owned by reputable and well known developer, One Rockwell. I have to ensure that the design based on the master plan was implemented and must be precisely aware of the locations of other installations. My major role is to enhance project delivery time and delivery high quality.
