Alexander is a Creative Architect, Design Manager
and a Talented Individual holding bachelor degree
in Architecture, with honors, from the National
School of Architecture and Urban Design. With
fifteen years professional experience with fully
detailed BIM/Revit projects, Alexander has
excellent skills to manage architectural high rise
and large scale projects. Experience in managing
the time frame, project delivery program, define
tasks and required resources, collect and manage
project team, manage budget, allocate project
resource, create schedule and project team,
support and direct team, lead quality control,
reports on project progress, evaluate and assess
results of projects. Experience managing high rise
towers in Doha Qatar, delivered built Towers in
West Bay & Lusail. Alexander experience had
covered projects such as hotels, skyscrapers,
residential, commercial centers in Dubai, Doha, Libya
London. Strong background for project
management. Can deliver projects in very short time.
Excellent professional experience delivering
projects from concept till tender. Worked on
project over 2 Billion AED as cost with RMJM W
Hotel on Jumeirah Palm. Strong experience in the
Towers, Hotels, Residential and commercial
projects.
