 Co-ordinate with Clients, attending phone calls.
 Perform initial review of incoming samples and document any contract deviations
 Send acknowledgment of sample receipt to clients via e-mail
 Ensure sample disposal for all groups on a weekly basis
 Dealing with Vendor queries by phone, email and fax
 Working closely with our labs to resolve invoice transactional queries
 Making quotation based on client mail or the material received for testing.
 Processing sales invoices & credit notes
 Credit Checking of new customers & new customer account creation
 Monitoring status of Performa invoices & lab update of payments
 Positive & friendly customer service attitude
 Co-ordinate with all Branches in Oman
 Prepare Summary sheets, handle Petty cash and cash sales etc.
 Maintaining and Verifying daily expenses
 Making LPO, and receiving equipments.
 Monitor the filing system and protect the files from unauthorized access.
 Carries out other duties as instructed by the Department Manager
 Manage and oversee all daily office operations
 Balance employee relations, Schedule employees for optimal efficiency
 Keeping Employee attendance and making monthly time sheet.
 Support the Managers in all aspects of company operations
 Fully conversant with the whole administrative and office routine works
 Take back ups and protect data as per ISO quality procedure
