• Taking telephones calls from the visitors and guests and provide them with required information.
• Ensuring the information given to the outside callers is precise as per Company’s policy.
• Transfer calls to the different departments,guest, staffs and excecutives extensions using PBX switch board.
• Receive messages and relaying them to concerned persons and guest.
• Giving or cancel wake up calls to the guests as requested.
• Rely with concerge in regards to guests transportation i.e taxi.
• Following up with guest requests to ensure they have been done accordingly by the housekeeping order taker.
• Taking guest complains and handing them over to concerned department for follow ups.
• Update the Company’s staff contact details and ensuring the work areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Assisting the guests on how to make international calls and local calls as per their request.
• Training new telephone operators staffs and guiding/assisting them whenever they needed my help.
• Holding of telephone operators breifing apart from attending the main front office daily breif meetings.
• Attending of internal trainings as per the management.
• Providing outside callers with Company’s location and information.
• Following up with arrival and departure lists.
• Informing the inhouse guests regarding the Hotel’s Restuarant promotions or events through in room calls,letters or distribution of flyiers.

• Following up with the bellboy in regards to guest luggage during check ins/check outs.
• Corresponding with other departments to ensure smooth operations.i.e Engineering,Housekeeping ,Food & Bevarage,Swimming pool among other Depts.
• Other duties as assigned.
