Working as a Document Controller in LEIGHTON CONTRACTING QATAR.

JOB PROFILE:
• Responsible to ensure the dissemination of records as per their status and requirement through the engineering transmittals generated by EDMS (WRENCH) to the Client, Consultant, Project Departments and Subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project team members for preparation of all technical submissions and ensure that all submissions are submitted in timely manner with appropriate action and approval/rejections if any, are formally will be recorded and managed in Document Control Centre.
• Ensure to providing document code, numbers with discipline wise through EDMS (WRENCH) system as per Standard Document Control Numbering System and keep maintaining the details of all technical documents & drawings requirements which are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project.
• Distribution and Notification of Design Plan including subsequent changes that will be maintained in DCC.
• Ensure that all documentation provides asper Client quality formatting requirements which may include correcting templates, formats and other activities that may be required to achieve a Client’s documentation requirements.
• Responsible to handle / process the various type of engineering technical data’s & shop drawings such as preliminary, detailed design & construction level from Design Consultant for Client Consent.
• Provide basic administrative support to the document control section as required in order to ensure the smooth running of the department’s activities.
II. APRIL 2013 to JUNE 2014

• Maintenance of Diving Equipment Records as per IMCA guidelines
• Coordinate with Diving Superintendents / Supervisors on daily basis for manpower of various sites and updating the same
• Updating & Monitoring Medical Certificates of Divers / Supervisors

JOB PROFILE:

• Prepare and forward inquiries from clients through fax or verbally based on nature of the inquiry.
