KEY SKILLS:
 Develop & Maintain master schedule for the project and identify and record the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled.
 Evaluate actual construction progress and provide regular schedule updates.
 Developing contract programs.
 Checking the Contractors' schedules and advising them to fit in the deadlines of Master Schedule and co-ordination among different trades i.e. Structural, Finishing, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing.
 Monitoring contractors' progress & Delay analysis against Master Schedule.
 Assist Project Manager in creating short-term schedules, monitor such schedules to determine impact on master schedule and suggest proactive measures.
 Provide information as needed on the content, modification or presentation of project schedule.
 Preparing Work Break down Structure (WBS), Work flow, Activity Codes.
 Preparing the schedule with Primavera (P3, P6), MS Project.
 Preparing Resource Histograms & Cash Flows.
 Preparing Mobilization Plan, Resources Plan, Demobilization strategy.
 Submission to consultant and getting approval.
 Coordinating site staff in day - to - day Activities
 Producing Progress Reports as required, prepare minutes of progress meetings.
 Preparing monthly progress invoices, review subcontractor invoices.
 Monitoring the project cash flow and cost control in relation to approved budget.
 Good knowledge of MS office.
 Experience of working in Contractor, Consultant & EPC environment.
