Mostly I found myself as a Customer relation (Customer care/support) ; it is the work that I find satisfaction in. Currently I am looking for a customer relation Manager or Assistant .
I have an interesting experience in many fields. Now I am working in customer care In-Charge at Brightpoint Women's Hospital.
My current job is working as customer care in-charge it is an interesting developing and learning this position gave me a high knowledge about how to dealing l with crisis to dealing with royalty , how to deal with different cultures , how to manage and groom a team of customer care executives and reach high customer satisfaction , making a compliant system to reach excellent customer focus and be able do that using my knowledge and my experience. In Brightpoint I started the most important department first I did help with the call center starting form the AVI system work to training the team. Also from time to time am working as freelancer for a new companies to start there customer division.
I worked at Al Noor Hospital as Assistant Medical Affairs , Duty officer which gave me the experience on how to investigate and steer committee meeting as the HAAD Policies and dealing with all kind of patients , and I discovered that we are not just working to gain money and living! But also to develop our community and help people who lives in it. I worked with Expert debt collection as Administrative and it was the window for me to understand how the loan and the banking world works , And I also worked with Etisalat as Customer value management , which is working as supervising and guiding group of 20 employees.
Before involving at Al Noor Hospital l I worked as the Materials Department in InterContinental Hotel, this position adds a lot of works value in me as it was a very sensitive position which need a very excellent and professional skills in communicating and dealing with other people from Different culture and also this was my first experience to deal with royalty and VIP's.
I always supported my team members in their works and duties as we are working in a team and as I am one of the most supporters to work in a team instead of individuals.
After my out of the world experiences with InterContinental hotel worked in LLJ Property , as an advantages I got an experience in a the property world as a consultant , also while I working I volunteered in Al Noor Training center for Children with special needs.
I got an interesting experience in Sales and Public Relations.
I have always enjoyed working with people and I think that my previous experiences will allow me to work as a part of your professional team and to be an effective representative person to your organization.
