Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our All-Day Dining restaurant, Sofra BLD, as a team member. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service and ensuring that every visit exceeds expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Guide guests through the Sofra BLD menu, offering suggestions based on dietary preferences and tastes.
  • Fulfill guest orders efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain quality control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Upsell menu items and special promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service periods.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on service techniques and food offerings.
  • Support management in handling VIP guests and special occasions.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work in a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
  • Punctuality and commitment to maintaining service excellence.

Level of Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualifications are an advantage.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time position with rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a luxury setting.
