Job Summary:

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service in the assigned Food & Beverage outlet. You will assist in maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring that guest satisfaction is maximized.

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including specials and menu changes.
• Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the assigned station and dining area.
• Assist in preparing the dining area for service by setting tables, refilling condiments, and checking the cleanliness of cutlery and glassware.
• Address guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations, with the ability to recommend food and drink pairings.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to food handling.

Level of Education:

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.

Work Hours:

• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Experience in Months:

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
