Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Team Leader for The Atlantis Explorers Club, responsible for overseeing our Kids Club operations. This role involves managing daily activities, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our young guests, and providing exceptional customer service while leading a team of counselors.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily activities program, ensuring seamless delivery and engagement for all participants.
  • Attend to phone and email inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to guest queries.
  • Design, organize, and implement seasonal activity programs that inspire creativity and joy.
  • Coach and mentor counselors to foster their growth and development, ensuring a cohesive team dynamic.
  • Maintain Forbes Guide service standards across all activities and ensure adherence to established SOPs.
  • Coordinate with various departments (F&B, Security, Aquaventure, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  • Oversee and facilitate games and activities in the Kids Club and outdoor events, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
  • Monitor and manage the Kids Club and Nanny Services operations, including booking oversight and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and reporting using company internal systems.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Organize team-building activities to promote morale and cohesion within the team.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment, preferably with children.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both junior and senior team members.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and possess excellent phone and email etiquette in English.
  • Ability to think creatively and proactively solve problems, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.
  • Familiarity with child safety protocols and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, education, or a related field is a plus.

Work Hours:
Full-time position with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Experience in Months:
12 months of supervisory experience in a relevant role, ideally in a large team setting.
