Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Team Leader to join our Guest Relations team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences. In this role, you will lead the guest relations team to ensure exceptional service for VIP guests and handle guest requests efficiently, making their stay memorable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide up-to-date information on the complex’s amenities, outlets, and services, while actively upselling and making reservations as needed.
• Share historical and cultural facts about the destination, acting as a storyteller for Jumeirah and highlighting the unique features of the hotel.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for various services, including directions, transportation, reservations, and celebrations, ensuring satisfaction through collaboration with other departments.
• Meet and escort VIP guests to their rooms, ensuring their needs are met and offering efficient, courteous check-in service.
• Prepare and communicate daily VIP memos by researching guest profiles and gathering essential information to enhance personalized service.
• Reach out to VIP guests before arrival to establish contact, accommodate special requests, and serve as their primary contact throughout their stay.
• Utilize the E Butler system to check in regularly with VIP guests and ensure their needs are met.
• Follow up with VIP guests after departure through email or phone calls to maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality or guest service-related roles.
• Strong orientation towards guest service and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to different cultures and appreciate diversity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make guests feel welcome, valued, and informed.
