Job Summary:      Looking for a Secretary/ Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Respond to phone calls and redirect them if necessary
  • Generate and disseminate correspondence
  • Create and maintain a filing system
  • Support the completion of regular reports
  • Handle the daily, weekly or monthly agenda
  • Organize new meetings as well as appointments
  • Assist in preparing and typing reports
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or any related course
  • At least 2 to 5 years of related working experience in the UAE
  • Must be familiar with office organization techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required
  • Good computer application knowledge required
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Should be a good time manager with the ability to multitask
  • Filipino ladies are required
  • Should be able to join immediately
