Job Summary:      Looking for a Receptionist in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Receive, sort and distribute office mail as well as messages to the appropriate departments or persons
  • Welcome all visitors and direct them to the correct office
  • Answer the reception desk telephone with good etiquettes and direct all calls to the relevant offices as may be required
  • Handle the public’s queries and escalate where appropriate
  • Offer general administrative and clerical support to the company
  • Plan appointments and maintain the company diary as required
  • Maintain the tidiness of the reception area
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The applicant must have a Degree from a recognized institution
  • At least 1 year of related working experience required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be presentable and smart
  • Good computer knowledge required
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities
  • Good organizational and planning skills
