Job Summary: Looking for a Receptionist in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Welcome visitors or clients to the office and assist them as required
- Answer questions and handle complaints from the clients
- Respond to all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages as necessary
- Receive letters and packages for the office
- Maintain updated records and files
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable at all times
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The suitable candidate must have a Degree/Diploma with proven experience as a receptionist or any related position
- Must have good knowledge in office management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite required
- Good communication and people skills
- Must have good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
