Job Summary:      Looking for a Receptionist in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Welcome visitors or clients to the office and assist them as required
  • Answer questions and handle complaints from the clients
  • Respond to all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages as necessary
  • Receive letters and packages for the office
  • Maintain updated records and files
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable at all times
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The suitable candidate must have a Degree/Diploma with proven experience as a receptionist or any related position
  • Must have good knowledge in office management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite required
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Must have good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
