Job Summary:      Looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Assist in preparing tender as well as contract documents
• Carry out costs analysis for project work, give advice and forecasts about costs
• Give advice on contractual arrangements as well as claims
• Prepare valuations, financial appraisals as well as final accounts
• Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience working as a quantity surveyor
• Must have good experience in pre and post tendering works
• The applicant must have good experience of PlanSwift, Excel as well as AutoCAD
• Ability to work within set and strict deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision
