Job Summary:      Looking for a Quantity Surveyor (Civil) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related course
• Must have 5+ years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil infrastructure projects required
• In-depth knowledge of quantity surveying practices, cost estimating techniques as well as construction contracts
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations as well as industry best practices
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Sound knowledge of construction
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
