Job Summary:
We are seeking a vibrant and energetic entertainer to join The Atlantis Explorers Club at Atlantis, The Palm. As part of our Kids Club team, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our young guests through interactive activities, ensuring their safety, and maintaining a fun and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead scheduled indoor and outdoor activities based on the weekly program.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care by maintaining a secure play environment.
• Provide first aid assistance in case of accidents and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Lead excursions to various resort locations, engaging children with games and spontaneous entertainment.
• Organize and participate in pool and beach games, themed events, mascot appearances, and animation shows.
• Customize activities based on individual child interests, offering personalized attention and care.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a lively and entertaining atmosphere.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events and holiday programs.
• Provide feedback and reports to parents or guardians regarding the children’s experiences and well-being.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for working with children.
• Prior experience in child care, entertainment, or hospitality, preferably in a resort or theme park setting.
• Ability to lead group activities, games, and events with creativity and enthusiasm.
• First aid certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including long hours of standing, walking, and working outdoors in hot and humid conditions.
• Special skills in entertainment (e.g., dancing, singing, magic tricks, or martial arts) are highly desirable.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and guest needs.

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in child care or entertainment is a plus.

Work Hours:
Full-time; flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Experience in Months:
12-24 months (1-2 years) of experience in child care or entertainment roles.
