Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Spa Therapist to join our team at One&Only The Palm, Dubai. In this role, you will deliver exceptional spa treatments and services, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. You will contribute to the overall success of the spa while maintaining the highest standards of client care, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies, tailored to individual guest needs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and relaxed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and spa protocols, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and communal areas.
• Educate guests on products and services, promoting retail sales and upselling spa packages and treatments.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager and team to create innovative treatment menus and spa experiences that align with brand standards.
• Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of spa services and products.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming in accordance with spa standards.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase spa awareness and guest engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
• Strong knowledge of various spa treatments and wellness practices, including massage techniques, skincare, and holistic therapies.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment.
• Flexible, dynamic, and passionate about delivering high-quality guest experiences.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Certification in spa therapy, massage therapy, or related fields is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Level of Education:
Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or related fields.

Work Hours:
Full-time; flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.

Experience in Months:
24+ months (2 years) of relevant experience in a luxury spa environment.
