Job Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized university
• At least 2-5 years of experience in managing employee relations issues
• Must be able to work across teams and individuals in a collaborative manner
• Must be analytical with good problem solving kills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Good knowledge and experience of the UAE employment law
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks
