Job Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be familiar with various job interview formats including phone screenings and group interviews
• Must be able to help the company recruit faster and more effectively
• Ability to source candidates online, update job ads and carry out background checks on them
• Should be able to handle data with confidentiality
